Initial Consult: 30 minutes

Meet with a licensed professional healthcare provider to determine eligibility, review medical history, any routine medications taken, goals, medication options, plans, and labs-(outside labs good if within 6 months), otherwise, labs slip will be provided with *separate lab fee* (may go through insurance-no guarantee of coverage. Order placed once labs reviewed, and invoice paid.

What Happens Next?

An invoice will be sent for cost of medication and supplies. Once paid, medication and supplies will be ordered and shipped to your door, along with educational materials and instructions for the medication selected.

Follow Up

Monthly follow up visits every 4 weeks to review progress, barriers, side effects. Provided no issues/concerns, we will discuss increasing your dose as needed. Once invoice is paid, medication and supplies will be ordered and shipped to your door.
Follow up labs will also be ordered/reviewed every 3 months.
